The only information we collect directly is what you choose to send us through the application form — your name, email, phone number, location, and the answers you provide about your experience and why you want to join. We don’t ask for anything we don’t need to evaluate your application.

How we use it

Your application is emailed to From The Heart so Victoria can read it and decide whether to move you forward in the process. We use the contact details you provide to follow up with you about your application and the mentorship. That’s it.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information. We don’t add you to unrelated marketing lists without your consent. This site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If you arrived here from a social media ad, the platform you came from may use its own tracking under its own privacy policy — that’s controlled by them, not by us.

How your information is kept

Application submissions are delivered by email and handled by From The Heart. We keep them only as long as needed to run the application and selection process and to stay in touch with applicants and accepted students.

Your choices
