These terms govern your use of the From The Heart website and your participation in the mentorship program. By applying for or enrolling in the mentorship, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time, and the current version always lives on this page.

Enrollment & payment

Applications, acceptance, scheduling, and payment are handled directly with From The Heart. Program dates, tuition, the payment plan, requirements, and what’s included are described on this website and may be updated from time to time. Applying does not guarantee acceptance — there are only eight spots, and students are chosen through a selection process.

Participation & safety

The in-person track involves hands-on work around dogs. Students are expected to follow From The Heart’s guidance for safe, respectful handling and to conduct themselves professionally with staff, fellow students, clients, and dogs throughout the program.

Commitment & cancellations

Enrollment is a commitment to the full mentorship, not a month-to-month membership. The payment plan is simply a payment plan — it is not a subscription you take part in for a few months and then cancel. When you are accepted, you receive one of only eight spots for the year: we commit to you, and we ask that you commit in return. Specific payment, withdrawal, and discount terms are confirmed with you in writing when you are accepted, so please reach out with any questions before you enroll.
